The Nederlands Filmfonds and SEE NL present NLWave26, the second edition of their international showcase, in Utrecht September 30 to October 2, closing the Dutch Film Festival. Thirty-five Dutch projects pitch to international festival programmers, sales agents and distributors: 13 project pitches and 22 works in progress.
