Studio Hamburg Production Group creates a group-wide AI Transformation division and names Christian Sieh Head of AI Transformation, with immediate effect, to coordinate AI use across its twelve production subsidiaries, among them Letterbox Filmproduktion, Real Film, Doclights, Riverside Entertainment and Studio Hamburg UK. Sieh, formerly deputy editorial head of NDR's satire show "extra 3", has since October 2025 built an AI unit at Riverside subsidiary AlwaysOn Production, which made "Die Bremer Stammtischmusikanten", an AI-animated short series by Schlecky Silberstein commissioned by public broadcasters Radio Bremen and NDR that premiered in August 2026; Ari Flieger now runs that unit.
