Shooting started on 29 October on La Réunion for "Mach 2", a six-part, 45-minute series for streamer france.tv created by Franck Philippon and directed by David Hourrègue, in which a trainee pilot goes looking for her father, who vanished in French Guiana during the test of a revolutionary aircraft, and crosses the Amazon jungle with her classmates. Capucine Malarre, Khalil Ben Gharbia and Victor Meutelet lead. White Lion Films of the Mediawan group produces with Philippon's Quintessence Fictions of Wagram Stories; the shoot runs on the island to 19 December, moves to Cognac and Mont-de-Marsan in southwest France from 8 to 21 January 2027, and Mediawan Rights handles sales.
