TBellScout, a startup owned by Elastic founder Steven Schuurman, has bought visual dubbing tool TrueSync and AI post-production tool DeepEditor from Flawless Holdings Limited, the UK company that entered administration on 13 October, FilmoFilia reports, citing Deadline; no price was disclosed. Lender Sprk Capital appointed insolvency specialist BTG, which ran the sale, while the US business, Flawless AI Inc., stays with co-founders Scott Mann and Nick Lynes.
