"Woodwalkers 3", the final part of the trilogy, wraps a summer shoot that took it near Garmisch in the Bavarian Alps, FFF Bayern, the Bavarian regional film fund, reports. Florian Sigl directs from a script by author Katja Brandis and Gerrit Hermans, with Emile Chérif, Lilli Falk and Johan von Ehrlich in the young leads alongside Oliver Masucci, Martina Gedeck, Hannah Herzsprung and David Schütter. Munich's blue eyes Fiction produces with Studiocanal and Vienna's Dor Film, FFF Bayern put €900,000 (roughly $1.05 million) into the film in May 2025, and Studiocanal opens it in cinemas on January 27, 2028.
