Banijay Entertainment and All3Media completed their combination on 9 July, held 50/50 by Banijay Group and RedBird IMI, headquartered in London, operating across 25 countries with an independent catalogue of more than 265,000 hours. On 2025 numbers the combined business would have generated over €4.3 billion in revenue (roughly $4.7 billion) and over €0.7 billion in adjusted EBITDA, with about €50 million of cost synergies expected within a year of closing. Jeff Zucker is chairman, Marco Bassetti is chief executive and All3Media's Jane Turton is deputy chief executive.
