Ubisoft told investors on 23 July that it had closed its Winnipeg and Belgrade studios in June, restructured Ubisoft Barcelona and made targeted changes across its global publishing organisation, filed under "additional rightsizing" in the group transformation. First quarter net bookings for 2026/27 were €255.8 million, down 9.2% year on year and slightly above guidance, and the company confirmed full year targets of a high single-digit net bookings decline and free cash flow consumption of no more than €500 million. Ubisoft published no headcount figure for any of the June actions.
