Mia Hansen-Løve Shoots Mary Wollstonecraft Biopic in Sweden

Principal photography began in Gothenburg on "If Love Should Die", with eight additional days scheduled across the Västra Götaland region. Renate Reinsve plays the 18th-century English writer and feminist philosopher; Johnny Flynn and Vicky Krieps co-star. Claire Mathon, cinematographer of "Portrait of a Lady on Fire" and "Spencer", is behind the camera. MUBI produces alongside Arte France Cinéma; a 2027 release is expected.
