The Creatives, the producer alliance founded in 2021, moves its nine production companies into a jointly owned holding in which the 17 producer-founders keep collective control over a combined slate, and Anton Studios joins as partner and minority investor, giving the group access to equity financing, Screen Daily reports. The members are Germany's Komplizen and Razor Film, France's Haut Et Court and Unité, the Netherlands' Lemming Film, Norway's Maipo, the UK's Good Chaos, Israel's Spiro and the US company Masha; each keeps its name, team and creative decisions, and Romain Bessi, formerly chief executive of Newen Studios, runs the group. The size of Anton's stake is not disclosed.
