Banijay Entertainment merges All3Media International into its distribution arm Banijay Rights under chief executive Cathy Payne, giving the combined business a catalogue of more than 265,000 hours, more than 1,200 clients and titles including "Peaky Blinders", "The Traitors" and "Midsomer Murders". All3Media International's Stephen Driscoll becomes senior executive vice president for EMEA and Rachel Job executive vice president of content, alongside Banijay's Matt Creasey, who runs the world outside EMEA, ahead of MIPCOM.
