Miraculous Corp and See-Saw Films, the producers of "Slow Horses" and "Heartstopper", are making a live-action series of "Miraculous", the animated superhero franchise about Marinette and Adrien, classmates by day who as Ladybug and Cat Noir are indispensable to each other without knowing who the other is. Emme Hoy, whose credits include "Sweetpea", "Honey" and "Renegade Nell", writes, and See-Saw's Maria Nicholson executive produces; the series is set "in a Paris that is as dark as it is romantic". The franchise reaches more than 150 countries, with 54 million YouTube subscribers and more than 55 billion lifetime views, and its seventh animated season launches in late 2026. No platform, cast or episode count is announced.
