Seven.One Studios has taken over Christian Ulmen's 22.5% stake in Pyjama Pictures, the production company behind Jerks, following sexual harassment allegations made by his ex-wife Collien Fernandes in March 2026. Seven.One now holds 77.5% of the company; Carsten & Kelber Television holds the remainder. A Seven.One spokesperson confirmed the legal process is concluded. Ulmen had been a non-managing shareholder since 2023.
