Screen Ireland's 2026 slate, published 29 January, runs to 87 projects: 22 features, 17 documentaries, 13 TV dramas and animated series and more than 30 shorts. Among them are Carney's Power Ballad with Rudd and Jonas, Frank Berry's The Lost Children of Tuam, The Last Days of Rabbit Hayes with Niamh Algar, Skintown with Jamie Lee O'Donnell and Louise Bagnall's animated feature Julián. Production put €544m, roughly $630m, into the Irish economy in 2025 through local jobs and services, up 26% on 2024.
