Berlin production company Labo M, founded in 2014, takes over the development pipeline of insolvent producer Sendefähig, about eight projects including a "Y-Kollektiv" film for SWR, a documentary project for WDR and a pilot for a ZDF format, DWDL reports. Sendefähig's former heads Christian Tipke and Manuel Möglich join Labo M as developers and executive producers, Tipke on staff and Möglich freelance. Martje Friedrich is managing director of Labo M, in which founder Florian Karpf holds 20% and the company itself the remaining 80%, according to DWDL.
