Zeitsprung Pictures has started shooting six new episodes of "Euphorie", RTL+'s German version of the Israeli series "Euphoria" that Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin created for cable channel HOT, in Cologne, the Ruhr and Cyprus, with production running to mid-December. Stella Marie Markert directs from scripts by head writers Jonas Lindt, Raquel Kishori Dukpa and Paulina Lorenz, with Derya Akyol, Sira-Anna Faal and Eren M. Güvercin in the cast, and regional fund Film- und Medienstiftung NRW puts in €1.5 million (roughly $1.75 million). Season one launched on the RTL Deutschland streamer in October 2025.
