CoSTAR and Southbank Centre Launch $55,000 Creative AI Award

CoSTAR, the UK's £75.6 million (~$100 million) creative technologies network, launched a £50,000 (~$55,000) award for artists working at the intersection of art and technology, announced September 11 at the Creative Intelligence weekend. The prize, backed by Southbank Centre and UK Research and Innovation, includes two five-day residencies at CoSTAR's R&D facility at Pinewood Studios, three days of pre-show testing, AI compute access, and a showcase opportunity at Creative Intelligence 2027. Applications open in October; only UK-registered companies or partnerships are eligible.
